In 2016 our winemaking team picked fruit from a premium small vineyard,
located in the cooler sub-region of Willunga, McLaren Vale. The best fruit was
selected, fermented with care and matured in our finest barrels. Years later,
these barrels were assessed and the final blend constructed.
We now bring you the inaugural release of our 2016 Limited Release Cabernet.
Will some bottle age this wine is drinking perfectly, with room for more
development from cellaring.
Pair with a ribeye, lamb roast or antipasto platter. For those with patience,
give it another 5 years.
